Free is not a trial. It does not expire. When you outgrow ten seats, Growth picks up from $4.50 per user per month with integrations, the Workforce Heatmap and the compliance-evidence packs added. If you cancel Growth later, every player keeps their personal Cyber IQ Score on Free. The score is the player's, not the seat's.
